As a licensee, can I bring proceedings for infringement of a
patent in the UK?



Section 67 of the UK patents act states that an exclusive licensee
have the same rights as the proprietor of the patent and can bring
proceedings for any infringement of the patent committed after the
date of the licence.  Damages are awarded to reflect losses
incurred by exclusive licencee.

Other licencees, must request proprietor take action but if he
refuses they may sue after 2 months.
