Where do I sue someone for patent infringement in Europe?


Article 2 of the Brussels Convention indicates that a person
domiciled in a contracting state should, whatever their nationality,
be sued in the courts of that state.

Exceptions (Article 16(4)): in proceedings concerned with the
registration or validity of patents (or other similar rights required to
be registered), the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
