| Can I patent a method of doing business in the USA? Yes. Section 101 of the USC 35 allows for business methods to be patented. In the case "State Street Bank", the court held that business methods are subject to the same legal requirements for patentablity as applied to any other process or method. The same approach was confirmed in "AT&T Corp". |
