The case FACCENDA CHICKEN V FOWLER, showed that whilst the employee is under contract: (a) He must not disclose confidential information to non- authorised recipients. (b) He must not copy confidential information (or deliberately memorise it) for his personal use after his employment ceases. (c) He must not act in competition with his employer. (d) He may not engage in spare time activities where those conflict with his employer’s interests. |
